慈父不舍幼女命危 1个月狂减9公斤捐肝救女

中国一名出生才2个月的女婴因罹患重病，若不进行肝移植手术随时有生命危险，无奈符合捐赠资格的父亲被告知体重过，重无法进行手术。

但这名父亲没有放弃，即使身旁亲戚不断劝他放弃再生一个，仍进行可能伤害自身健康的体重遽减，在1个月内减重9公斤，获得医疗团队许可，成功进行捐肝手术。

来自广东肇庆的女婴婷婷（化名）刚好在情人节出生，乖巧又爱笑的她犹如父亲陆先生的小情人，可是她不幸罹患先天性胆道闭锁Ⅲ型，皮肤持续发黄，生命危在旦夕，若不进行手术治疗最长活将不过2岁，且1岁内死亡的几率高达80%，而能拯救婷婷的方式只有肝移植手术。

作为一种相对高发的出生缺陷，每5000至8000个活产儿就有一个会患先天性胆道闭锁。一旦患病，肝内外胆管将狭窄或完全闭塞，淤积在肝脏内的胆汁会形成纤维化、肿大、腹水，严重会致肝衰竭、死亡，倘不采取行动，大部分患儿会在婴幼儿期内夭亡。

在婷婷刚满月那天，陆先生和妻子就和她赴广州求医，祸不单行的是，除了先天性胆道闭锁，孩子心脏方面也出现毛病，一个9毫米大的缺口赫然在列。当时许多亲友都奉劝陆先生趁年轻再生一个健康的孩子，以免人财两失，可陆先生断然拒绝，“再生一个就不是她了啊”。

术后，婷婷受到医护的精心照料。

血型与女儿一致的陆男虽能捐肝，却因体重过重与出现脂肪肝症状而不符合移植资格。陆男独排众议后，为了尽快符合移植资格，透过每天暴走、跑步与其他方式，成功在1个月内减重9公斤，还让最难消除的脂肪肝指数降低，达成移植标准。

在经过长达11小时手术，医疗团队成功将陆男体内210公克的肝移植到婷婷身上，同时也没诱发婷婷的心脏疾病，顺利完成手术。

手术后婷婷的身体状况快速好转，仅住院1个月就获得出院资格，而曾经遍布她全身的黄疸也逐渐消退。
