爱吃超级加工食品男 罹大肠癌风险增30%
（华盛顿2日综合电）美国哈佛大学与塔夫茨大学（Tufts University）的团队，共同收集逾20万人的数据进行研究，样本年份跨及25年。每位参与研究的人在问卷中回答130种食物的摄取频率，再根据其选择吃超级加工食品的频率进行分类。
超级加工食品是经过繁复程序，把许多食品原料组合起来的食品，原料通常有5项以上成份。
研究发现在25年间，4万6431名男性之中有1294人被发现患有大肠癌（Colorectal cancer，又译直肠结肠癌），相较之下，15万9907名女性之中仅1922人罹直肠癌。研究结果发表在周三最新一期的《英国医学期刊》（BMJ）。
哈佛大学最新研究指出，超级加工食品可能导致男性罹患直肠癌风险大增。图为美国国家卫生院公布的超级加工食品餐点，包括通心粉和奶酪、鸡柳、青豆罐头和无糖柠檬味冲泡饮料。
据英国《每日邮报》报导，长期以来，加工食品跟许多短期和长期的健康问题有关；含有肉类的餐点被发现对人体的健康最不利，包括以香肠、培根、火腿和主原料为鱼浆的“黑轮”（又称甜不辣）。大量饮用含糖饮料和苏打也会增加罹患癌症的风险。
此研究的首席作者王路（音译，下同）说：“相较于其他癌症，结直肠癌可以算是受饮食影响最甚的癌症，而加工肉类大部分属于超级加工食品，更是结直肠癌的重要危险因子。”
报告共同资深作者、哈佛大学流行病学家宋明彦说：“癌症的发展需要数年甚至数十年，从流行病学研究中已经发现潜在的潜伏效应，要花上数年才能看出暴露在特定因素的癌症风险。”也因此，“长期的数据，对于评估癌症风险非常重要”。
