而且是马新两国很流行的传统食俗~ 但你知道这个【传统】是怎么来的吗？
据说有两种说法：
第一，肉干源自中国南方，经先辈改良，福建人便称为“Bah Kwa”~
当时候的肉十分珍贵，只有过年才吃到~
但由于新鲜的肉并不美观，因此做成肉干不仅携带方便
而且也是红色的，正是华人传统的吉祥颜色！
而看似简单的一片肉干，其实碳烤肉干一点也不简单！
需要经过繁琐的工序，最关键是新鲜的猪肉原料~
再经过搅碎、调味、腌制、和晾干的工序~
接着要不停的碳烤，来达到美味的口感~
