免费卫生棉应给贫穷女性 阿鲁仄万：非部长办公室
（吉隆坡13日讯）社会主义党认为，免费卫生棉应优先派给偏远地区与城市地区的贫穷女性，而不是卫生部和首相办公室的官员。
该党署理主席阿鲁仄万质疑卫生部长扎丽哈，宣布从该部办公室厕所开始，为女性公务员提供免费卫生棉之前，没有做好政策评估。
他今日发表文告，针对扎丽哈周一宣布卫生部办公室率先免费派卫生棉给官员的措施，作出上述批评。
“当首相（拿督斯里安华）减少部长薪水，把资源重新分配给穷人时，卫生部长的做法却恰恰相反。这些人宣布之前，难道都不需要先评估一下？”
根据之前的数据，大马约有13万名青少女面对“月经贫穷”问题，没有能力承担卫生棉等生理需求开销。
希望联盟在第15届大选宣言中，承诺为所有中小学发放免费的卫生棉，解决月经贫穷问题。
