针对Grab罚款司法检讨 法院驳回MyCC上诉
（布城5日讯）联邦法院今日驳回大马竞争委员会（MyCC），针对Grab控股公司和其子公司在上诉庭获准令，挑战被MyCC罚8677万令吉决定，而提出的上诉申请。
以联邦法院法官拿督娜丽妮为首的联邦法院三司在聆听起诉方和答辩方陈词后，判定Grab控股公司、MyTeksi私人有限公司和GrabCar私人有限公司提出的司法检讨申请，站得住脚。
其他两司是联邦法院法官拿督斯里哈丝娜和拿督林添钻。
娜丽妮宣读裁决时说，如今摆在法庭面前的议题，是根据2010年竞争法令第36条文发出的罚款建议，是否能够进行司法检讨。
“虽然这是个可以在现阶段或于高庭进行司法检讨程序时，可以回答的法律问题，但鉴于此案案情的基质，以及已发生的时间长度，我们认为此事可在高庭获全面解决，是正确的。”
娜丽妮说，MyCC也可在高庭自由地就案件提出可信度以及管辖权等课题。
她接着谕令MyCC缴付3万令吉堂费。
MyCC代表律师是拿督斯里哥巴斯里南，Grab控股公司和子公司代表律师则是拿督马历。
MyCC是于2019年10月3日发文告，基于Grab违反2010年竞争法令第10条文，建议罚款8677万2943令吉76仙。
Grab和两家子公司接着于2020年2月入禀高庭，挑战MyCC建议的罚款决定，不过遭高庭驳回。
然而，Grab和子公司于2021年4月1日获上诉庭发出准令，以就罚款进行司法检讨。
