误信不法分子借助信托基金之名的8%信托基金回酬投资，10名苦主损失近百万。
信托基金的概念最初是让十字军东征的骑士在出征期间，将土地和财产托人管理。后来逐渐演变为法律框架，并在全球广泛采用。
市场上鱼龙混杂，未经授权的伪冒信托产品大量存在，投资者稍有不慎便可能血本无归。
小额投资获得回酬，以建立信任属庞氏骗局早期手法，也是信托基金骗局的初期套路之一。
信托基金诈骗常利用熟人推荐或保险代理的私人关系，信任来源不是来自对产品的理解，而是对推荐人的信任。
