移民官图掩饰贪污 150万存2基金户头

（吉隆坡15日讯）一名移民局官员为掩饰贪污行为，将150万令吉不法资金存入朝圣基金和土著信托基金（ASB）户头，唯最终在反贪污委员会近期展开“跨州行动”（Ops Rentas）中被揭发。

据反贪会在TikTok视频中透露，调查发现嫌犯本人、妻子及孩子名下的朝圣基金户头共发现逾100万令吉，ASB户头则存有逾40万令吉。

“此外，嫌犯估值约6万令吉的珠宝首饰，以及1万3900令吉现金也一并被充公。”

在另一场突击行动中，反贪会更起获15万令吉现金，包括一名移民局女官员家中屋顶上发现12万5000令吉和估值约1万5000令吉的珠宝首饰。

同时，反贪会也发现另一名女嫌犯藏有约8万令吉价值的珠宝首饰、4万1470令吉和1万3300泰铢（约1750令吉）现金。

视频配文引述反贪会副首席专员（行动）拿督斯里阿末古赛里发言，称3名嫌犯涉嫌“非法通关”（counter setting）集团勾结，收取贿赂助无法通过合法管道入境的外籍人士通过关卡。

他指出，3名嫌犯是在反贪会情报部门上周二（9日）在4州同步展开的跨州行动中被捕。

早前报导，反贪会首席专员丹斯里阿占峇基披露，“非法通关”犯罪集团每月平均“丢出”5万令吉贿赂，部分执法人员见钱眼开，放行外国人非法入境大马。

反贪会也冻结怀疑与该犯罪集团有瓜葛的57个银行户头，分别是48个个人户头与9个公司户头，总值逾270万令吉。此外，行动中也起获逾20万令吉现金和珠宝首饰。

An Immigration Department officer was found to have stashed money amounting to about RM1.5 million in his and his family’s accounts in a cross-border operation raid by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) in Kuala Lumpur recently. The investigation found that the suspect had more than RM1 million in the Tabung Haji account in his name, his wife and children, while more than RM400,000 was kept in the Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) account. In addition, also confiscated from this male suspect were jewellery estimated to be worth RM60,000 and cash amounting to RM13,900. In addition, the Kuala Lumpur MACC also confiscated cash amounting to RM150,000 of which RM125,000 was found on the roof of a female officer’s house as well as jewelry worth an estimated RM15,000. Another female suspect was found with jewellery worth an estimated RM80,000 and cash amounting to RM41,470 and 13,300 baht. MACC Deputy Chief Commissioner (Operations), Dato ‘Sri Ahmad Khusairi Yahaya said, the three suspects are suspected of conspiring with a counter-setting syndicate where they are believed to have accepted bribes in return for facilitating the entry of foreign nationals into the country without following the established procedures. He said cross-border operations had been carried out simultaneously in four states by the MACC Intelligence Division since last Tuesday.
