（西安18日讯）因行业产能过剩和竞争激烈，全球最大的太阳能企业隆基绿能（Longi Green Technology Energy）据悉为了降低成本，计划裁员近三分之一。

数位知情人士告诉“彭博社”，隆基绿能计划裁员至多30%；该公司去年员工总数约为8万人。由于计划未公开，知情人士要求匿名。

此举表明隆基绿能在加快裁员。该公司于去年11月开始裁员，当时有数千人被裁退，其中大部分是管培生和工厂员工。目前尚不清楚在做出这次决定前，已有多少员工被裁。

报导指出，隆基绿能的情况不是个例。中国太阳能产业在全球占据主导地位，但最近几个月出现裁员现象，且暂停投资计划。太阳能电池板价格在去年跌至纪录低点，生产商不得不平价或以低于生产成本出售。被视为对全球能源转型至关重要的太阳能行业，如今却在艰难应对产能过剩、行业整合以及可能出现的破产问题。

行业竞争激烈，也让许多矽片生产企业被迫减产。隆基绿能作为领先的矽片生产企业，去年也大幅降价。

知情人士称，隆基绿能员工以往削减成本的措施收效甚微，其中包括取消免费下午茶、缩减出差预算，以及没有上级批准只能黑白打印。两位知情人士称，隆基绿能上海办公室也不再提供免费咖啡。
