曾敏凯：程序如旧 没更动 独中拨款 应问财部
（加影19日讯）首相政治秘书曾敏凯指出，由于独中不隶属国家教育体系，因此作为特别拨款的独中拨款事宜，理应询问财政部。

“拨款的程序如旧，行政上没有任何更动。这其实是财政部底下的拨款，而且是每年申请的，暂时没有什么特别更动。
“有的话，也会在来临的预算案中宣布。”
曾敏凯今日出席新纪元大学学院新春团拜后，针对教育部长法丽娜西迪日前称无义务制度化拨款独中的言论，如是回应。
首相兼财政部长拿督斯里安华周五（24日） 将在国会提呈2023年财政预算案。
法丽娜西迪日前通过国会书面方式，回应伊斯兰党马樟国会议员丹斯里哈迪阿旺有关制度化拨款给独中一事时，表明教育部仅拨款给政府与政府资助学校（半津学校），因为独中不属于国家教育体制中的教育机构。
不过，教育部副部长林慧英昨日强调，她和法丽娜西迪将向财政部极力争取拨款给独中，希望能给华社带来好消息。
