（吉隆坡25日讯）根据大马药剂监管局（NPRA）的美容产品广告指南，推销美容产品的业者，不准使用例如医生的专业头衔，因为这间接会让他人以为有关人士已为相关产品，给予专业意见和认证。
卫生部第一副部长拿督诺阿兹米指出，根据1984年药品及美容产品管制条规，所有美容产品在国内制造、进口或是销售前，都必须向卫生部呈报。
他说，卫生部持续监督已向该部呈报的美容产品，当包括监督在平面媒体、电子媒体、社交媒体和电商平台刊登的美容产品广告，以确保符合法律和指南。
他指出，根据NPRA的美容产品广告指南，推销美容产品的业者，不准使用专业名称例如医生的头衔。
