（吉隆坡24日讯）一名男子和其继子在2年前诱骗2名男子，以逾70万令吉购买不存在的橡胶手套，今日被控上地庭，但他们不认罪，获准保释外出。
被告阿末尤斯里（66岁）和梅格阿克希慕拉（23岁）被控在2020年11月6日，在大城堡一家银行诱骗41岁的萧楚发和34岁的王胜杰（人名皆译音），将75万6250令吉资金转账到AYMY Multitouch Solution公司的银行户头。
被告因而抵触刑事法典420条文，并可与34条文同读，罪成将判监禁最高10年、鞭笞和罚款。
主控官祖莱卡建议法庭将保释金定为10万令吉，但2名被告在求情时向法官要求降低保释金，其中阿末尤斯里声称已支付30万令吉，并抵押房屋给萧楚发；梅格阿克希慕拉则指母亲需抚养多名家庭成员。
法官卡马鲁丁最终允许2名被告，各以3万令吉及一名担保人保释外出，并要求他们交出护照，直到案件审结。
案件择定于7月28日过堂。
