“线上养牛”躺着赚？ 毕生积蓄被榨光

近日各地传出“云养牛”骗局：疫情期间出现多个App，打着“互联网+畜牧业”的名号，吸引民众投资“线上养牛”，让用户在App中在线领养回报率不同的“牛”获取收益。最后以增加投资或交税等理由骗财，苦主遍布全国，涉款由人民币数万元至几十万元不等，有人更损失毕生积蓄。

综合媒体报导，这些App在运营一段时间后，便以缴税等为由要求投资者追加投入大量资金以赎回本金，或以各种理由诱导追加资金，之后便无法登陆。

目前，海南、江西、内蒙古及四川等地已立案调查此类骗局。警方调查发现，所有涉案的云养牛App声称背后参与的正规牧业公司，均遭犯罪分子盗用营业执照及域名等讯息。涉案的App伺服器位址也在国外，资金亦已被转走。有受害人加入“鑫岳养业”的维权群组，发现有上百人同样受骗，涉资约人民币700万元（约420万人民币）。

来自海南的小宁称，他起初在一款名为天和牧业的App上认养一头牛，头四天回报如期到帐，但到第五天开始即本息都不见，联络客服，对方表示要加码认养五头牛才能提现。小宁于是加大投资额，但回报同样至第五天起没有如期入帐。此时，客服又指小宁两次投资相隔超过时限，必须充值以“回调数据”。直至9月3日，小宁发现无法登入，报警后才知卷入“新型网路诈骗”，所谓的牛，根本不存在，损失帐户内约人民币22万元。


另一受害人李兵（化名）6月发现由“鑫岳牧业”推出云养牛项目。该公司声称与多间大型畜牧养殖场合作，网上投资认养牛只，每日可获“领养利润”，到期结算提现。李兵从最初投资人民币500元，到最多时达到人民币25万元，惨被骗去半生积蓄。

有网民批评，这类云养牛与其他骗局的手法一样，投资和回报根本不合比例，稍有常识也不会相信：“说白了就是贪，不值得同情。”、“15天赚15%，怪谁呢。”、“人家养牛，把钱分给你，怎想的。”
