印尼淫棍“九神附体” 念咒隐身 性侵2女
（台中22日综合电）自称学过泰国降术的台中神棍刘鼎忠，向年轻女子阿芳（化名）诓称，他有“九尊神明附身”，可以助阿芳“阴阳调和”，阿芳不但被性侵害，还介绍闺密小君给刘男，刘男又瞎掰小君婴灵缠身，曾堕胎的小君也被他性侵害，还拿7万台币现金（约1万令吉）与金项鍊孝敬神棍。
最荒诞可笑的是，中市警方拘捕他时，他仅穿内裤默唸“隐身咒”，被抓到时错愕惊问“你（警察）怎么看得到我？”，法院审理时，他宣称是女孩子自愿献身，且掷筊获得神明同意，法院将这名淫劣神棍判刑9年。
现年53岁男子刘鼎忠原为印尼籍，归化台湾后，2008年性侵害12岁女童，2012年被判刑7年半确定，他未到案执行而被通缉，逃亡5年后，台中市一分局大诚所员警于2017年4月拘捕他时，见他上半身赤裸，只穿内裤躲在房间阴暗处默唸“隐身咒”，员警用手电筒照他，正在观想“看不见我”的他，满脸错愕惊醒，宣称如果不是警察打断咒语，“你们绝对看不到我”，他还说，“只要3枝针、1碗黑狗血与1个假人，我就可以下降头，保证让员警出车祸。”
判决书指出，自称在印尼学过法术，于泰国学降头的刘男，2017年认识饮料店打工的阿芳，刘男帮阿芳算命后说，阿芳有妇科病且近期有灾厄，阿芳确实之前出过车祸，亦有妇科疾病而深信不疑，拿1万元给刘男，希望能跟男友情感加温，刘男却说要跟他发生性关系，“阴阳调和”、“吸取我的阳气”，阿芳被刘男性侵害后，还介绍闺密小君给刘男。
刘男故技重施，诓称小芳被没头的婴灵缠身，“要赶快处理这件事情，不要让他（婴灵）在外面流浪很可怜”，还宣称要做“斩桃花法事”，曾堕胎的小君大为吃惊，拿7万元现金与金项鍊、戒指给刘男，性侵害1次之后，又要求小君全裸跨过火炉，之后以检查身体为由，强制猥亵小君。
台中地院审理时，刘男全盘否认犯行，也否认神明降身，他不否认跟两女发生性关系，但他辩称是帮阿芳看相，阿芳自愿献身回报，“也有经过掷筊同意”，小君则是身上有臭味，自愿脱裤子给他看。
一审不采信辩词，但认为刘男并未诈财，依强制性交与强制猥亵罪判刑8年，诈欺部分无罪，刘男与台中地检署都上诉二审，刘男说词与一审相同，台中高分院不采信，且认为刘男把作法事消业解厄，当成敛财工具，导致两女受骗，依诈欺取财罪、强制性交罪与强制猥亵罪合并判刑9年，可上诉三审。
