（吉隆坡9日讯）随着行动党依斯干达布蒂里区国会议员林吉祥今日针对首相敦马哈迪，委任拉蒂花为反贪污委员会首席专员一事发表意见，前首相拿督斯里纳吉藉此调侃林氏，是否要针对有关人事任命，要求成立皇家调查委员会或提呈白皮书。
林吉祥今日发文告指出，透过宪法落实希盟宣言的第14项承诺尚未到位，造成首相敦马哈迪行使其专有权力任命拉蒂花为反贪污委员会首席专员时，在宪法上正确，但在政治上却出现错误的不利局面， 纳吉今晚在面子书上载媒体针对林吉祥发表的文告报导截图，调侃后者。
“纳吉事务部长（林吉祥）要就此人事委任（拉蒂花为反贪会首席专员），要求成立皇家调查委员会或提呈白皮书吗？”
林吉祥在文告内指出，以资格和能力而论，拉蒂花的能力是没有人能质疑的，但抗议拉蒂花出任反贪会首席专员的人并没有错。
他相信，若拉蒂花目前不是受争议的当事人，她也会站在争议前线，批评以这样的方式来委任反贪会首席专员。
林吉祥说，委任拉蒂花为反贪会一姐引起的争议，也带给希盟领袖两个重要的教训，即希盟领袖彼此间持续建立信任的重要性，以及希盟领袖需要重申希望联盟宣言成为新马来西亚之路的承诺。
