被告梅嘉辉高等法院承认偷取公司钻石逾1000万港元。

（香港11日综合电）香港一名于谢瑞麟珠宝工作逾30年的珠宝采购经理，被公司裁员后向主管招认盗取供应商钻石，总值约1100万港元（约574万令吉）。案件周一在高等法院答辩，被告承认3项盗窃罪，还押至8月14日判刑。

案情显示，被告警诫下承认出于贪婪，挪用钻石用于赌博。另调查显示，被告2017至2023年间其马会帐户每月投注额达30万港元（约15.65万令吉）。
