（吉隆坡17日讯）教育部至今没有承认独中统考文凭，而且该部不认为承认统考为优先事项。
教育部长法丽娜西迪指出，该部是以国家教育政策与1996年教育法令的条文为依据，并秉持此原则。
她周四在国会下议院，针对伊斯兰党马樟区国会议员丹斯里哈迪阿旺询问教育部对承认统考文凭的立场，在书面答覆中这么指出。
至于制度化拨款给独中的问题，法丽娜指出，教育部仅拨款给政府与政府资助学校（半津学校）。
“在此情况下，就如1996年教育法令第16条文所阐明，独中不属于国家教育体制中的教育机构，因此教育部没有义务拨款或制度化给予资金或全额津贴。”
