民众华小筹款活动 遭不法之徒冒名图骗财
（吉隆坡22日讯）民众华小发动的“惜”基金会筹款活动，遭不法之徒冒名向大众募款，幸至今没有人受骗！
该校6名老师在峇冬加里露营地土崩事故丧生，校方三机构为此发动“惜”基金会筹款活动。
该校家协主席余深恩指出，他们日前接获善心人士的询问电话，才得知有人假冒身分，声称和该校合作募款，庆幸大家保持着怀疑的心态先向校方查询，才没有人上当。

他说，也许诈骗案在近期不断被大肆报导，也提高众人的警惕心，遇到这样的情况时会先向校方查询。
他今日代表校方接领嘉登控股捐出的5万令吉捐款后接受媒体访问时，再次向大众强调，“惜”基金会并未有和任何单位合作、联合向外筹款，希望民众能够提高警惕。
“我们在官方的网站也张贴了相关的通告，提醒大家勿上当，因此在汇款前请务必再三确认收款单位和名称。”
余深恩指出，这项筹款活动将于12月26日截止，款项将用作该校罹难者家属的经济援助。
他也指出，筹款活动获得来自全国各州、甚至从新加坡来的热心人士也捐款，令他们十分感动和感恩。
另外，嘉登控股也以企业社会责任的职务，捐献了5万令吉给“惜”基金会，民众华小校友会教育基金会也捐献1万令吉，表达对罹难者家属的关怀。

冀尽早找到下落不明男童
余深恩指出，校方将等待食堂业者和孩子的丧礼完成后才办追思会，因食堂业者也是该校的一份子，目前是希望能够尽快找到下落不明的男童。
民众华小在此次不幸事故中，共有25人组团结伴露营，不幸罹难的则有6名教师、2名学生、2名食堂业者和工人，至今仍有1名男童（食堂业者儿子）下落不明。
针对该校痛失6名教师，余深恩指出，教育部已调派6名教师到该校填补空缺，同时也将于2023年的开课日，即1月3日安排辅导员到校内为学生和老师进行心理辅导。
他说，其中一名教师也是食堂业者两名孩子的母亲，唯一幸存的教师也同样面对巨大的心灵创伤，该两名老师也将接受心理辅导。
