习近平视察军委 强调全面加强练兵备战
（北京9日综合电）中国国家主席习近平周二到军委联合作战指挥中心视察，他强调，全军要全部精力向打仗聚焦加快提高打赢能力，为全面加强练兵备战，有效履行新时代军队使命任务。
央视新闻在报导中，在习近平的中共总书记、中国国家主席、中央军委主席3大头衔之后，加上了过去较少出现的“军委联指总指挥”头衔。中共中央军委副主席张又侠、何卫东及其余4名军委委员，也全数陪同习近平视察。
习近平周二下午在视察中央军委联合作战指挥中心时表示，他和军委一班人前往联指中心，就是要亮明“新一届军委贯彻落实党的二十大精神、全面加强练兵备战的决心态度”。

习近平说，中共二十从全面建设社会主义现代化国家、全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的全局出发，对国防和军队建设作出战略部署，强调要“如期实现建军一百年奋斗目标”。全军要认真贯彻党中央和中央军委部署要求，把党的二十精神学习好、宣传好、贯彻好，确保“党的二十精神在部队落地生根”，以实际行动开创国防和军队现代化新局面。
他强调，当前世界百年未有之大变局“加速演进”，中国“安全形势不稳定性不确定性增大，军事斗争任务艰巨繁重”。全军要贯彻“新时代党的强军思想”，贯彻“新时代军事战略方针”，坚持“战斗力”这个唯一的根本的标准，“全部精力向打仗聚焦，全部工作向打仗用劲”，加快提高打赢能力，坚决捍卫国家主权、安全、发展利益，完成好“党和人民赋予的各项任务”。
习近平在最近中共二十大报告中，特别强调国家安全。有中国问题专家曾表示，其讲话表明，北京认为其面对的外部环境将持续恶化，中国需要为与美国为首的西方国家的对抗做好准备。
