（吉隆坡26日讯）《马来邮报》前编辑沙烈胡丁指出，其记者团队当时拍到洪瑞江（Abdullah Ang）可在食档用餐，后者还会点虾、鸡等他爱吃的美食，每月的食物账单高达450至550令吉。
他说，洪瑞江位于森美兰文丁的兰花园工作时，经常会在开着豪车到来的生意伙伴陪同下，到附近食档用餐。
“午餐时间，洪瑞江会点虾和鸡肉，或任何他爱吃的，他一般都会点四人份食物；即便囚犯在花园获提供早餐、午餐和下午茶，但狱卒都会对他的行为视而不见。”
沙烈胡丁说，洪瑞江在花园工作时，日薪只有5令吉，但他每月的食物账单高达450至550令吉，账单是由探望他的生意伙伴在月尾支付。
他指出，内政部成立的特别调查小组将问题归咎于监狱制度的弱点，时任首相敦马哈迪也指示监狱局改组，并委任前警官莫哈末亚欣，取代聂阿里芬出任监狱局总监。
