课堂挑衅遭簿子打脸 母上网控诉 师生皆接警方警告
（马六甲8日讯）疑家长不满老师以练习簿打女儿的脸部，在数个社交网发文控诉，引起大批网民议论，令老师感到人身受危胁而报警。
不过，在警方及相关方面介入调解下，此事终获和平解决，有关者随后也把视频撤除。
甲州中央警区主任克力斯多柏峇迪发文告说，此案在柏淡芙露国小发生，事件起因疑是女学生没有准备老师交代的学习用具，同时，以高分贝回答老师的问题，结果遭老师以练习簿打脸。
事后，女学生回家向母亲控诉，且示范自己如何遭老师打脸，为母者拍下历时44秒的视频，并上载至TikTok。

他说，警方接获老师的投报，分别安排两次调解会，首次调解于6月27日在该国小进行，第二次调解于本月5日在中央警局展开，参与单位包括学校行政、中央县教育局代表及警官。
他说，经过两次调解会议，双方以在不涉及法律的共同利益下达致协议。
他强调，双方分别都接到警告信，并劝告勿重复违反守则及法律的动作。此案最终在和平气氛下解决，并劝请公众勿扭曲及猜测此案件。

他提醒公众，任何伤人的行为，可在刑事法典第323条文（574条文）下被调查，罪成可被判坐牢一年或罚款不超过2000令吉或两者兼施。
另外，上载意图引起他人感到心里受伤的字眼，也可在1998 年通讯及多媒体法（ 588条文）下被控，罪成可被判罚款不超过5万令吉或坐牢不超过一年或两者兼施。
