纳吉被控25项涉及1MDB逾亿令吉资金遭挪用的滥权和洗黑钱案件，今日在高庭续审，第20名控方证人阿末胡斯尼今早在控方针对辩方的盘问内容，再次引导他供证时，如是指出。
阿末胡斯尼昨日接受辩方盘问时，说明他曾就1MDB于2009年9月把7亿美元资金，汇入Good Star有限公司银行户头一事询问纳吉，但纳吉没就此事采取任何行动。
主控官拿督斯里哥巴斯里南高级副检察司今日询问阿末胡斯尼，他和纳吉的上述对话是何时发生，证人回应指是在2010年或2011年，但他无法记得具体的年份。

阿末胡斯尼接着直言，他在有关1MDB的事务上没有任何决策权，拥有此权力的是纳吉。
他说，他在2009年尾，曾向纳吉说明1MDB不应与PetroSaudi国际私人有限公司（PSI）进行联营投资，因为PSI公司仍处于勘探石油的过程。
“其一，若没石油，意味我们将投资失利；其二，1MDB没有涉略石油领域的记录；其三，我们为何不交由马石油公司进行，因为这是他们的专业领域。”
阿末胡斯尼说，他当时向纳吉表达意见后，纳吉却告知他勿再干涉有关1MDB的事务。
“那显示权力是在他的手上，当中并没有讨论（空间）可言。”
