◤一马案◢询问为何7亿汇Good Star 阿末胡斯尼：纳吉不当作一回事
（吉隆坡22日讯）前第二财长拿督斯里阿末胡斯尼指出，他曾就一马发展公司（1MDB）在2009年9月把7亿美元资金，汇入Good Star有限公司的银行户头一事，询问前首相拿督斯里纳吉，但纳吉没就此事采取行动。
阿末胡斯尼是此案的第20名控方证人。
他说，据他所知，1MDB当年为与PetroSaudi国际有限公司（PSI）进行联营计划，理应把总值10亿美元资金，汇入联营公司的银行户头，但他得知上述7亿美元最终遭汇入Good Star公司的户头。
“我询问纳吉关于此事，他（纳吉）指这是他们需支付PetroSaudi为联营计划注资的款项；我询问为何不是直接汇款（给PSI），为何是汇款给Good Star，而他指这是为了付款给其母公司，即PetroSaudi。”
他强调，纳吉在当年身为时任首相，理应可就上述事情采取行动，后者却没这么做。
“当我提及为何汇款给Good Star时，若是换作其他人，他们会立即反应，但在此案中，他（纳吉）没采取任何行动。
“如果我是最高领导人，我听闻此事后会感到震惊，并将采取行动，他却不当作一回事。”
纳吉出庭受审。
纳吉被控25项涉及1MDB逾亿令吉资金遭挪用的滥权和洗黑钱案件今日续审，阿末胡斯尼在接受辩方律师丹斯里沙菲宜的盘问时，这么说。
根据控方在此案开审时发表的开场白，1MDB在2009年并不是与PSI签订所谓的联营协议，而是与PetroSaudi控股（开曼）有限公司签订该协议。
控方指出，1MDB上述10亿美元资金中的7亿美元，并无注入联营公司的银行户头，反之是转入Good Star 公司户头，而Good Star是在逃大马富商刘特佐持有的公司。

阿末胡斯尼：我是纳吉会担忧
阿末胡斯尼说，他对1MDB董事局，曾尝试取回该公司汇入Good Star公司户头的7亿美元资金一事不知情。
然而，他认为，若董事局在上述事宜无所作为，那身为时任首相的纳吉理应撤除他们，因为首相有权力委任或撤除1MDB的董事。
“他们（1MDB）是从政府提供担保的债券发行举债，若我是首相，我会（为1MDB汇款给Good Star一事）感到担忧，因为此事将影响政府的财政状况。”
根据控方为此案发表的开场白，1MDB原定应注入该公司与PSI合资的联营公司，即1MDB PetroSaudi有限公司的10亿美元资金，是从1MDB举债所得。
1MDB董事局主席丹斯里峇基此前出庭供证时说，董事局曾指示管理层向PSI追讨上述7亿美元。
此外，阿末胡斯尼周三早上接受沙菲宜的盘问时指出，有别于隶属财政部长机构的其他公司，来自1MDB和SRC国际私人有限公司的信函，都不是致函财政部，反之是直接致函时任财长纳吉。
他说，1MDB和SRC公司的上述举措，并没遵循隶属财政部长机构旗下公司的标准作业程序。
沙菲宜周三早上盘问阿末胡斯尼时，疑不满后者回答问题态度，大声斥责后者勿表现傲慢，而阿末胡斯尼也不甘示弱反击前者，两人就在庭内唇枪舌剑。
当时沙菲宜就阿末胡斯尼供称所有来自1MDB和SRC公司的信函，都会由纳吉亲自处理一事，盘问他为何上述决议是由他签名。
阿末胡斯尼答说，他是按照指示签署上述决议后；沙菲宜盘问他是否有在此事接获指示。
阿末胡斯尼回应说：“我认识他（纳吉）接近40年，我非常了解他，当他要成立1MDB时，我质询他关于可行性的研究，而他回应指他会继续（成立1MDB），我知道权力是在他手上。”
沙菲宜接着指证人并没回答其问题，而法官拿督柯林劳伦斯见状后介入，询问证人是否并非因接获口头或书面指示而签署上述文件。
阿末胡斯尼回应指他没接获指示后，沙菲宜询问证人是否指他洞悉纳吉要他签署上述文件的想法，获证人回答：“是”。
沙菲宜随后反击证人，指后者早前供称他无法洞悉纳吉，是否因他能胜任金融事务而委任他担任第二财长，但如今却回应指他能洞悉纳吉的想法。
对此，阿末胡斯尼反驳指沙菲宜在比较不同的事情。
