（伦敦16日综合电）英国首相约翰逊威信再度受创，他两年内的第2位政风顾问盖特周三请辞。盖特曾表示，约翰逊“派对门”事件是否违反部长守则一事是“合理的问题”。

约翰逊（Boris Johnson）上周挺过了不信任案投票考验，但看到41%的国会议员对他投下不信任票，显示出多个月来的丑闻和失态让他治理威信受到质疑，在公众心中的地位也受打击。

盖特（Christopher Geidt）2021年4月起担任部长利益独立顾问。他5月曾说，约翰逊必须解释他在新冠肺炎全国封锁期间出席派对被罚，为何还认为自己没有违反部长守则（ministerial code）。

盖特并于6月1日发布的年度部长利益报告中指出，约翰逊行为上的种种问题，给人的印象是，“首相可能不愿意让自己的行为受到”部长守则的评断。

盖特说，当涉及到派对门罚款时，“出现了一个合理的问题，即光凭这些事实是否就足以构成违反部长守则当中在遵守法律上的首要职责”。

盖特的角色是针对部长行为守则对约翰逊提出建言，他周三没有解释为何要辞职，仅在政府官网的声明中说：“很遗憾的，我认为我请辞是正确举动。”

盖特曾对约翰逊行为表达心中的“挫折”。

盖特过去担任女王伊丽莎白二世的私人秘书长达10年时间，直到2017年才交棒，并于2021年4月获约翰逊任命为部长利益独立顾问。盖特的前任部长利益独立顾问2020年也是半途离职，抗议约翰逊选择支持一位有违反部长守则之实的内阁人员。
