杰克葛伦霍饰演魅力十足的职业罪犯。 全片的飞车镜头都少不了被歹徒挟持的救护车，因此车上的救护员格外重要。女星艾莎冈萨雷斯为了准备演出“凯蜜”这个角色，和护士兼紧急救护顾问丹妮沃兹（Dannie Wurtz）密切合作，她不只是训练艾莎冈萨雷如何精准地在狂飙的救护车上面照顾生命垂危的病患，同时也以她的热诚与敬业态度启发了艾莎冈萨雷。
