勿百分百相信自助检测结果 医生：明显症状就做RTK或PCR
（吉隆坡20日讯）一名私人诊所妇产科医生呼吁民众，切勿百分百相信自助冠病检测结果，甚至强调一旦出现明显的冠病症状，但自助冠病检测结果为阴，应尽速进行抗原快速检测（RTK-AG）或聚合酶链式反应检测（PCR）。
他以K医生为化名，在“IIUM Confessions”发文坦言，本身常为儿童看病，此前，小孩发高烧的话，通常会喉咙发红、扁桃体肿胀或化脓。
他说，若是冠病，通常会发高烧，但喉咙没发红，扁桃体也不会肿胀或化脓，所以他都会让这些患者做抗原快速检测，检测结果确实呈阳。
“问题是，当我们要求进行抗原快速检测时，大部分家长都会以在家进行自助冠病检测的结果呈阴为由，拒绝再做检测。
“让儿童进行自助冠病检测其实完全无效，儿童的唾液有时并非源自喉咙，所以就算做了也不太准确。不只是儿童，成人也是一样。”
K医生举例，一对出现冠病症状的夫妻前来看病，妻子更是有身孕，但不愿先进行抗原快速检测，后来更返回家中进行自助冠病检测，并以结果呈阴为由，硬要看医生。
当他坚持要两人进行检测时，丈夫依然顽固，称已自助检测呈阴，也已接种加强剂，最终抗原快速检测结果呈阳让该名丈夫惊讶不已。
他也说，另一名母亲带突然发烧、稍微咳嗽的孩子看病，当被问及家中是否有其他人发烧时，后者指本身淋雨后发烧，但已好转，仅稍微咳嗽。
他补充，他让孩子进行抗原快速检测后，结果呈阳，母亲经检测后也同样确诊，并以此警惕民众勿完全相信自助冠病检测结果。
