◤全球大流行◢ 研究：孕妇接种mRNA疫苗 婴儿出世6个月后多产生抗体
（华盛顿8日综合电）近期研究显示，孕妇接种信使核糖核酸（mRNA）新冠疫苗后生下的婴儿，有许多在出世6个月后产生抗体。
一项小型研究表明，这些婴儿在6个月大时出现抗体的可能性，比母亲怀孕期间没有接种疫苗的婴儿大的多。
周一（2月7日）发表在《美国医学会杂志》的报告说，研究人员的研究对象为母亲在妊娠期第20至32周接种两剂mRNA疫苗的28个婴儿，这段妊娠期是母体通过胎盘把抗体传递给胎儿的高峰期。
研究人员把母亲在同一段妊娠期间感染了新冠肺炎的另外12个婴儿也列为研究对象。两组婴儿都是6个月大。
他们在57%母亲完成接种的婴儿体内发现免疫球蛋白G (IgG），这是一种最常见的抗体。而在母亲没有接种疫苗的婴儿中，只有8%存在这一抗体。
目前尚不清楚需要多高水平的母体抗体，才能预防婴儿感染新冠肺炎，而抗体并不是人体唯一的防御机制。
波士顿马萨诸塞州总医院的埃德洛博士说：“许多家长和儿科医生都想知道母体抗体可以在婴儿体内留存多久。现在我们终于可以提供一些解答。”
她说：“我们希望我们的发现可以鼓励更多孕妇接种新冠疫苗。”
采用信使核糖核酸（mRNA）新技术研发的新冠疫苗包括辉瑞-BioNTech疫苗和莫德纳疫苗。
