保养秘诀
1.爱吃不忌口
热爱美食，也很爱自己下厨的爱纱，其实在饮食上不喜欢特别忌口，但是问过专业营养师后推荐她可以改变吃饭顺序，先吃青菜、再吃肉最后才吃淀粉，如果有汤的话也是最后才喝，这样就能不让血糖飙升的太快，也不会摄取太多热量！
2.平时控制饮食
早餐喜欢吃大量的水果，午晚餐就是正常吃，只是会减少淀粉量，用菜和肉来增加饱足感，至于很多人最怕的宵夜是不是都不能碰呢？爱纱认为想保持好身材也不能让自己心情不好，所以偶尔吃点宵夜，隔天再吃得清淡一点，是没有关系的！
3：最爱平板撑
因疫情关系工作减少，加上不能够去健身房，但是爱纱在家也没有闲著，她透露自己在家最喜欢做得运动就是“平板撑”，能够训练到全身的核心肌群，对于减脂效果非常好，此外她也尝试用医美来让身体线条更好看，效果从照片就能看出来，超级好！
