行医15年屡性侵女病人 63岁狼医终遭起诉

（华盛顿26日综合电）曾在纽约、新泽西和宾州地区执业的美国神经科医生克鲁伊亚尼，在行医的15年间，屡次在治疗过程中性侵女性患者，现在面临联邦指控，但他拒不认罪。

现年63岁的医生克鲁伊亚尼，专长为治愈罕见疼痛症候群，病患仰赖克鲁伊亚尼开立处方取得成瘾性鸦片类药物，但他却在病患求诊希望缓解长期疼痛时藉此对病患上下其手，之后食髓知味更加以性侵；若受害者不配合，他就将病患转介给其他不开立同样种类或剂量麻醉剂的医生。

被告克鲁伊亚尼。

联邦检察官威廉斯透过新闻稿表示：“这种性侵犯案方式让人愤怒，医生曾发誓不伤害他人；很难想像他利用患者的病症，做出如此不齿的犯罪行为。”

克鲁伊亚尼居住于宾州威尼林，他在上周早晨于波科诺松遭到逮捕并过堂；他在戒护下遭到居家监禁，并已交出旅行文件，保释金上看200万美元（约829万令吉）。

多年来原告遭到有关单位忽视，特别在费城，侦办过程更不受重视。克鲁伊亚尼认罪抚摸7名患者，但罪名较轻。

受害者希拉丽．杜林表示她遭受多次性侵，现在格外感谢联邦检察官。她说：“我等了好久，他终于要为恶劣的犯罪行为负责了。距离州检察官对他提出指控已4年，但一直未接受审判，让人难以接受。”

另一名受害人塔妮莎．约翰逊表示，等到联邦诉讼让她松了一口气，但她认为雇用克鲁伊亚尼的医院应该承受连带责任。

克鲁伊亚尼被控告5项诱使被害人至其他州与他发生性关系；每一项指控最高能判处20年有期徒刑。

根据联邦法院纪录，他与受害者于诊间、病房、酒店或公寓见面；虽然为神经科医生，他却为患者进行胸部与阴部检查。
