（纽约22日讯）“末日博士”鲁比尼（Nouriel Roubini）预言，全球恐在疫后陷入债务陷阱，央行为避免股债市和经济崩溃，无法将利率正常化。
鲁比尼接受“彭博社”专访时指出，当新冠疫情开始笼罩全球经济时，宽松货币政策和刺激财政政策被视为支撑金融体系的必要因素，但这最终造成的结果却是极端的。
他说，由于债务占比的因素，当央行想要逐步撤回非传统货币政策时，债市、信用市场、股市和经济都存在崩盘风险，因此他们将陷入债务陷阱，无法将政策利率正常化。
“由于民间和公共债务的债务水平，如果央行试图使政策利率正常化，将出现市场崩盘，经济崩溃。因此，我认为阻力最小之路，是在较高通膨情况下的固定利率，抹去名目债务的实质价值。”
鲁比尼认为，随着时间推移，利率上升和经济放缓是无可避免的，而且可能出现停滞性通膨。
