◤一马案◢ 沙鲁否认是刘特佐 “镜子中的映像”

（吉隆坡5日讯）一马发展公司（1MDB）前总执行长拿督沙鲁阿兹拉否认，他是大马富商刘特佐“镜子中的映像”（mirror image）。

前首相拿督斯里纳吉被控25项涉及1MDB资金的控罪案件今日续审，沙鲁作为第9名控方证人，继续出庭接受辩方律师旺阿依祖丁的盘问。

旺阿依祖丁主张，沙鲁遵循刘氏的指示行事，因此他是刘特佐“镜子中的映像”，惟遭沙鲁以：“不同意”的回应否决。

另一方面，沙鲁认同旺阿依祖丁主张，即刘特佐惯于成立离岸公司，并在公司注册时，将之命名成和其他著名大公司的名字相似。

沙鲁证实，为落实 1MDB 与 Aabar Investment PJS 公司的联营投资而设的特殊项目公司，即 Abu Dhabi Malaysia 投资公司（ADMIC）的名字，是在2013年3月12日，更改自于同年3月5日注册的 Malaysian Abu Dhabi投资公司（MADIC）。

纳吉出庭面审。

“那是颇为好笑的，据刘特佐告知，阿布扎比方面对大马的字眼出现在先而略为敏感，他通知我有关他们要做这事（换名），而我对此没有问题。”

旺阿依祖丁盘问沙鲁，是否知道阿布扎比有一家名为 Abu Dhabi Media Investment Corp（ADMIC）的公司，获沙鲁回应指这是他首次听闻。

他接着主张，上述特殊项目公司的名字更换旨在混淆人们，藉此显示该公司或是成立于阿布扎比的 Abu Dhabi Media Investment Corp（ADMIC）公司。

对于上述主张，沙鲁表明不予置评。

询及上述换名举措，是刘氏为了挪用1MDB数十亿资金而这么做时，沙鲁则说他无法置评，因为他不知道有关动机是什么。
