【健康百科】婴儿持续腹泻 慎防严重脱水
BABY常会有拉肚子的现象，父母一定非常困扰，是奶粉有问题，还是病毒或细菌感染？面对小BABY不停腹泻，忧虑是否有危险？
儿科医生指出，婴儿如果一直腹泻，并有超过6小时少尿或无尿、小便暗黄且气味浓烈、嗜睡倦怠、嘴唇干裂、哭时没有眼泪等症状，此时宝宝应该是轻度以上脱水。但是，如果BABY眼睛凹陷；手脚冰凉，且看上去有斑点；神志不清，眩晕或异常木讷、兴奋；或是过度地嗜睡或表现不安，就到了严重脱水地步，必须立即送院就医。
父母可从6方面来判断病情是否严重，尤其令人担心的是脱水问题。
1.看精神：如果精神不好就要提高警惕。
2.看眼泪：如果哭时无泪，是中重度脱水的警讯。
3.看眼窝：若是眼窝有凹陷，表明脱水已比较严重。
4.看口腔：口腔干而粘，显示脱水程度较重。
5.看嘴唇：嘴唇干裂起翘，普遍都有较严重的脱水。
6.看呼吸：呼吸急促，则有中重度脱水，因为存在着中重度的酸中毒。
儿科医生指出，一些小孩在打预防针后会发烧腹泻，有些则因饮食问题，例如配方奶粉引致。对于哺育母奶的BABY，腹泻时建议继续母奶哺育，但将母奶稀释瓶喂，而喝配方牛奶的宝宝，建议暂时改用不含乳糖的婴儿配方。无论如何，如果婴儿不停腹泻，一定要马上就医，以免婴儿因此脱水，危及生命！
