1MDB前CEO向法庭申诉 “我是代罪羔羊”
（吉隆坡20日讯）一马发展公司（1MDB）前总执行长拿督沙鲁阿兹拉申诉，国会公共账目委员会在2016年发布的1MDB治理与控管报告中，将他当着代罪羔羊。
前首相拿督斯里纳吉被控25项涉及一马发展公司（1MDB）资金的控状案续审，沙鲁阿兹拉是第9名控方证人，于今日继续出庭供证。
辩方首席代表律师丹斯里沙菲宜今在庭上，念出公账会的上述调查报告部分内容。
公账会在报告的最后一页指出，公账会在审视了国家审计局最终报告和1MDB提供的解释后，认为1MDB管理层和董事局确实在管理上存在弱点和局限。

公账会认为沙鲁阿兹拉理应为那些弱点和疏忽负责，因此执法单位应该对沙鲁和其他涉及的管理层成员，展开进一步调查。
沙鲁在沙菲宜针对上述报告内容盘问他时指出，他认为，公账会把他化成“替死鬼”，而该调查报告的结论是促请执法单位对他和1MDB管理层展开调查。
沙菲宜接着针对1MDB董事局成员拿督王金发（译音）的背景，盘问沙鲁。
沙菲宜引述财经日报《The Edge》于2015年2月17日的报导指出，王氏是是大马在逃富商刘特佐父亲丹斯里刘福平的生意伙伴。
沙菲宜在进入法庭前，使用搓手液消毒。
沙鲁指出，他在受委担任1MDB总执行长前并不认识王金发，而上述报导是在王氏受委担任1MDB独立董事后才刊登，他也不知道纳吉是否有获告知有关王氏和刘特佐父亲之间的商业关系。
沙鲁于去年11月上庭供证时说，王金发获委成为该公司董事局成员之一是出自刘特佐的建议，后者也向他宣称此建议已获纳吉同意。
他当时解释，王氏会被选为担任1MDB董事，是因为后者是一名独立商人，对地产发展具有知识。
