（峇株巴辖4日讯）两名杂货店东主因售卖假药，遭贸消局控上地庭时纷纷认罪，被判总额1万5000令吉罚款。
首被告诺哈芝拉（35岁），被控在峇株巴辖南纺花园的杂货店，拥有408颗仿造的止痛退烧药（Paracetamol），被判处6000令吉罚款（或以6个月监禁代替）
次被告莫哈末哈菲兹（35岁）被控在峇株巴辖黄金花园的杂货店，拥有844颗仿造的止痛退烧药，被判9000令吉罚款（或以30个月监禁代替）。
两名被告被充公的1252颗假药，市值624令吉，两人选择缴交罚款，证物（假药）也被令销毁。
峇株巴辖贸消局局长阿都瓦希说，两名被告去年10月被取缔，他们因售卖假药，触犯2011年商品事务法令8（2）（c）条文，一旦罪成，可判最高1万令吉罚款（每样商品）或最高3年监禁，或两者兼施。
本案由柔州贸消局副检察司阿斯维妮主控，地庭法官是马芝兰。
