（香港13日综合电）香港一名19岁女大学生被诈骗集团招揽，涉嫌冒充中国“特务调查人员”行骗。
将军澳警区刑事情报组督察邬珺如周三（12日）在记者会交代案件详情时指，一名24岁香港男子上星期报警，称较早之前收到自称电讯公司职员的来电，对方声称其名下登记的电话号码涉及中国洗黑钱案件，随即通话被转驳至冒充中国公安的骗徒接听。
骗徒称，男子需依照指示行事以证清白，并勒令他不得向任何人透露自身行踪，更要求他入住酒店、定时汇报位置，并声称稍后会有特务调查员与其会面。
其后男子自行租住将军澳区内一间酒店，并于酒店外与一名自称“特务调查人员”的女子会面，在对方诱骗下签署了盖有假中国公安印章的虚假保密协议文件，并要求他将逾300万港元（约156.2万令吉）“保证金”汇入指定银行账户，声称款项用作案件调查。他其后在网上看到手法类似的诈骗案例，始知受骗，于是报警求助。
