（华盛顿12日综合电）美国和约40个国家周二发表联合声明，警告在未事先通知的情况，下进行弹道导弹试射有危险。
　
中国裁军事务大使李驰江则严正驳斥美国等国发表的所谓“弹道导弹发射通报”联合声明，无端指责中国7月初进行的潜射洲际弹道导弹试射。
