葡萄牙海洋与大气研究所（Portuguese Institute for the Sea and Atmosphere, IPMA） 预计全国最高气温将超过35度，内陆和南部地区气温将超过40摄氏度，阿连特茹地区的气温至少在6日之前达到43度，警告称紫外线指数将达到极高甚至极端水平，指数值从10（极高）到11（极端）不等。
