（马尼拉22日综合电）菲律宾一所高中周一（22日）发生枪击事件，造成3名学生死亡，另5人受伤。
警方说，一名枪手被捕，仅15岁，是一名军人的儿子；另1枪手在逃，但居民后来也协助逮捕这名枪手。这两名枪手都是同校在籍学生。枪击事件疑与遭霸凌有关。
枪击发生在塔克洛班市（Tacloban City）的圣荷西国立高中。事发于周一上午9时左右，当时学生正在上课。
根据菲律宾地方电视台GMA Regional TV News在社群公布影片，枪击发生时校内仍在上课，突如其来的连续枪声让师生陷入恐慌。部分教室疑似紧急反锁，学生慌张躲到桌椅下方避难，气氛相当紧张。
当地警局接获通报，随后立即派员到场，封锁校园并维护现场安全，确保学生、教师及校内人员撤离与安置。
警方指出，第1名嫌犯在案发后数分钟内于现场遭逮捕，该嫌犯先前已被列为“触法儿少”（Child In Conflict with the Law）；第2名嫌犯一度逃逸，随后在圣荷西区居民协助下被当局制伏。
第八警区已向学校增派警力，以确保学生、教职人员、家长及周边社区安全。
塔克洛班市警察局长盖蒂根（Noelito Getigan）告诉《马尼拉公报》（Manila Bulletin），这起枪击案疑似与嫌犯长期遭霸凌有关。当局已展开调查，以厘清枪击事件发生原因、作案动机及相关经过。
当局呼吁公众不要传播未经证实的信息，并配合调查人员的工作。
塔克洛班市是菲律宾中东部雷伊泰省（Leyte）省会和港口城市。校园枪击在菲律宾较为罕见。
塔克洛班市政府宣布，由于周一上午发生的一起枪击事件，圣何塞中心小学、曼卢里普小学和圣何塞国立高中均停课。
