艺人张柏芝2020年遭前经理人余毓兴入禀高等法院控诉，拖拉至今仍未有定案，消失了一段日子的余毓兴近日突然现身，并改以唱作人身份推出首支单曲《以犬之名》，又于自己的社交平台发表MV，歌词含沙射影力数柏芝的不是，与此同时他亦有接受台湾媒体访问，开名控诉与柏芝的恩怨纠葛，又指当年自己力排众议帮助对方，如今惟有自嘲愚昧无知。
柏芝工作室就此事发声明，力数余毓兴恶意中伤，声明中指出柏芝2011年开始，唯一的经理人公司，经已在2013年8月清盘，余毓兴亦已退出该公司，有关诉讼正于香港进行；之后，有人伪造公章以张柏芝经理人之名对外签约，柏芝亦已针对该涉嫌违法之行为发出律师函。
由于余毓兴的歌曲内容及个人言论均为虚假，令柏芝合法权益已严重受损，故已委托律师全权处理，并针对中国社交平台帐号“余生相伴”的涉嫌侵权行为进行起诉，要求对方赔偿损失及公开道歉。
