中澳关系回暖 2年来首批澳煤运抵广东

（北京10日综合电）随着澳洲和中国紧张关系出现缓和迹象，根据船运资料和媒体报导，2年多来首批澳洲出口到中国的煤，周三中国。外界预期下一项获得放行的澳洲商品，很可能是饕客期待已久的澳洲大龙虾。

《澳洲广播公司》（ABC）报导，约7.2万吨澳洲煤炭运抵广东省湛江市，是中澳关系缓和以来，首批运抵中国的澳洲煤炭。

北京和坎培拉曾是亲密的贸易伙伴，但近年来在中国采取扩大海外影响力行动、在新疆和香港采取镇压行动，以及新冠肺炎起源等议题上严重失和。两国的政治紧张蔓延至经济领域，2020年中国悄然对澳洲煤等商品祭出贸易制裁，并冻结高层接触往来。

船舶跟踪数据显示，“Magic Eclipse号”驶向湛江港，抵达时间为2月8日。

但澳洲总理阿尔巴内塞去年上任以来，双方关系好转。去年12月外长黄英贤更成为4年来首位访问北京的澳洲最高外交官。北京当局称之为让两国关系重返正轨的契机。北京重申，愿与澳方保持沟通，在贸易上寻找互利共赢方案。

澳洲反对党外交事务发言人伯明翰表示，“我们注意到（煤炭）以正常的方式在中国港口卸货并通关。如果是这样的话，我们将非常欢迎。”

传龙虾也将解禁

他说：“在消除针对澳洲葡萄酒行业、大麦行业和许多其他行业的贸易制裁方面，还有很多工作要做，这些行业面临着不太透明的贸易障碍。”

根据船舶追踪网站MarineTraffic，一艘名为Magic Eclips的船舶停靠湛江市外海。这艘货轮上月从澳洲的昆士兰州黑角港出发。彭博报导，这艘散装货船装载了出口到中国市场的焦煤。焦煤主要用于炼钢。

另外，澳洲贸易部长法雷尔透露，在他与中国商务部长王文涛视像通话的数天后，一家龙虾出口商向北京申请了许可证，没有被立即驳回，这是中澳贸易纷争爆发以来首次出现的情况。这意味着被中国限制进口的澳洲龙虾，也可能在短期内解禁。
