砂沙特别拨款方程式 副首相：仍处研究阶段
（古晋21日讯）副首相拿督斯里法迪拉尤索夫指出，按照联邦宪法第112D条款向砂拉越及沙巴发放特别拨款的方程式，仍处于研究细节阶段。
他说，当一个特殊的方程式出炉之后，这项年度发放拨款就更为明确。
他提到，各造包括砂拉越总理丹斯里阿邦佐哈里的看法，将被纳入考量决定该方程式。
他说：“总理（阿邦佐哈里）根据中央政府的财政状况提呈方程式，若财政状况良好，就应该发放更多拨款。有福同享，有难同当，这是砂拉越秉持的原则。
“尚未能敲定方程式，但目前已有原则及机制，我们将尝试敲定。”

首相拿督斯里安华昨天主持1963年马来西亚协议（MA63行动理事会）会议后说，中央政府同意根据联邦宪法第112D条款，将每年需给予砂拉越的特别拨款增至3亿令吉。
他提到，在组建马来西亚的时候，沙巴和砂拉越相对落后，时任领袖进而认为需要向沙砂发放1600万令吉特别拨款。
他说，时隔多年后如今这笔数额已不合理，因此，该笔拨款在初期阶段将增至3亿令吉。
