首相给东马增特别拨款砂3亿沙2.6亿

（古晋20日讯）首相拿督斯里安华宣布，提供给砂拉越州政府的年度特别拨款，将从原先的1600万令吉提高至3亿令吉，至于沙巴则获得2亿6000万令吉左右的年度特别拨款。

不过，他解释，这只是中央政府的初步拨款，直至一个具体的方程式出炉为止。

他说，沙、砂州政府将会针对中央提供的特别拨款制定一个具体的方程式。

安华今日在主持建国契约行动委员会会议后，召开新闻发布会做出宣布。

在场者包括副首相拿督斯里法迪拉尤索夫、首相署（沙砂事务及特别任务）部长拿督阿米占莫哈末阿里、砂拉越总理丹斯里阿邦佐哈里、沙巴首长拿督斯里哈芝芝诺等人。

安华解释，对于沙、砂州政府提供的拨款，是建国领袖当时依据沙、砂地位而制定的，当时沙、砂相比大马半岛来得落后。

“在此之前，砂拉越只拿到1600万令吉拨款……当然，我作为财政部长，我认为这笔数额并不合理。

“不过，我们也没办法提供太高的拨款，在联邦宪法第112D条文提到，提供的拨款需取决于中央政府的财政能力。”

另一方面，安华也提到，其他州政府或会质疑，砂州政府获得的特别拨款，在一夜间提高至3亿令吉，对于其他州政府相对不公平。

不过，他说，他并非特别偏袒东马，以取得东马政党的支持，而是依据联邦宪法的规定行事。
