重塑品牌与法庭案无关 黄家业转任前进党顾问
（槟城22日讯）“我在多个月前已有退位的念头，所以这次的交棒与法庭案无关，更何况任何人在被定罪前，都是清白的。”
槟城前进党前任主席拿督黄家业说，他在今年9月已和接任主席拿督拉扎利夫，商讨该党要重塑品牌等课题，而他却是在10月才被采取法律行动。
他说，过去6年担任主席一职，发现缺乏突破的空间，因此决定让位拉扎利夫，相信对方有能力拉拢更多年轻人参与。
他今日在记者会上，这么指出。

黄家业早前涉嫌胁迫他人及串谋胁迫他人成为劳工，以及贩卖人口，被控上北海及乔治市法庭，目前案件仍在审理中。
接任主席的32岁商人拉扎利夫说，黄家业退位后，仍会担任该党顾问，继续参与该党重塑品牌的努力。
他说，该党可能通过重新命名、更换党标志等做法，进行重塑品牌，同时也会专注于吸引18岁至30岁的年轻人。
“我们对低收入年轻人也一样接受，会设法改善他们的经济，同时也在商讨提供优惠卡给党员，让他们在一些商店消费可获折扣。”
他声称在多州有数千人有意加入该党，包括沙巴、霹雳、吉隆坡等，他希望在3个月内让党员从5000人，增至10万人。
他指出，该党也将号召1万名年轻人，在武吉加里尔召开大集会，支持拿督斯里安华任相，不过目前无意加入任何政治联盟。
拉扎利夫在11月的大选中，以独立人士身分上阵升旗山国席，仅获299张票。
另外，受询及拉扎利夫曾以手套厂董事身分被控上庭，他说，该案已完结，他也得以上阵大选。
