（纽约16日讯）美国证监会（SEC）宣布，已检控8名利用推特（Twitter）和Discord等社交媒体平台操控股价的网红，涉案金额高达1亿美元（约4亿4300万令吉）。
证监会指出，至少从2020年1月开始，其中7名被告把自己包装成好股高收，在推特和Discord的股票交易聊天室中，吸引了数十万名粉丝。
据悉，这些网红先行购买某些股票，然后发布这些股票的目标价或称他们正在开仓、持有或加仓，吸引他们数十万粉丝跟投。一旦股价或交易量上升后，这些网红就开始出货，并且从未透露他们的卖出计划。
同时，他提醒投资者，应该对网上的投资建议保持警惕。
