环保人士爬伦敦公路门架气候抗议酿封路堵车

（伦敦8日综合电）环保团体“拦住石油”继之前在英国首都伦敦的建筑物喷漆、闯入美术馆攻击艺术品后，周一（7日）又在尖峰时段爬上伦敦周围最繁忙高速公路的门架抗议，导致路段封闭、交通严重堵塞。
　
“拦住石油”要求英国政府停止新的石油与天然气开采。团体数名成员在环绕伦敦的M25高速公路上，至少封锁了6个地点的交通。
　
这场最新示威活动，适逢世界各国领导人齐聚埃及参加联合国气候变化大会，各国政府正面临被要求加大应对气候变迁力道的压力。

今年几乎全年都在采取破坏性示威活动的“拦住石油”表示，“拦住石油”周日晚间已事先通知警方，成员计划周一上午交通尖峰时段爬上英国最繁忙高速公路的门架。
　
“拦住石油”的发言人说，他们拥有合法权利“造成破坏以防止更大伤害”。
　
发言人指出，“经过长达30年的公共辩论、游说和请愿…我们仍然步上灾难性气候崩溃的道路，也没有其他出路”。
　
伦敦都会区警察局周一表示，他们周日晚就已发动“重大的预防性警务行动”，确认并逮捕警方认为“意图对大众行使鲁莽行为并造成严重扰乱”的人士。已逮捕7人。
　
“拦住石油”的其他抗议行动，包括在位于伦敦的杜莎夫人蜡像馆朝英国国王查理斯三世蜡像脸上砸巧克力蛋糕，以及在伦敦的国家美术馆把装在罐头里的番茄汁泼向荷兰名画家梵谷的作品“向日葵”。
