（吉隆坡1日讯／独家报导）“我只要拿回原本属于我的钱，多出来的一分钱我也不要！”
拥有拿督勋衔的华裔女商人，2年前订购手套时被厂家私吞25万令吉，女事主将对方控告上庭，日前胜诉，终于取回被骗走的钱财。
女事主除了拿回早前被骗的25万2000令吉外，法庭也谕令被告厂家及董事承担8400令吉律师费，女事主感慨“法庭终于还给她一个正义及公道”。
这名陈姓女拿督（42岁，商人）指出，她是于2020年，即新冠肺炎疫情及行动管制令期间，向雪州一间厂家订购4万包手套，以转售到海外。
她告诉《中国报》，当时她支付了44万令吉的订金，但最后却没拿到货，她向对方理论时，仅拿回18万8000令吉。
“我通过律师提告对方，这宗案件被带上高庭审理，日前法官终于判我胜诉，要被告厂家及董事，把剩余的25万2000令吉款项还给我，还谕令对方承担庭费。”
女事主强调，她没有要求对方赔偿她其他损失，只想拿回原本属于自己的钱财。
“这件事当年造成我失信于人及名誉受损，我当时还连连向我的买家道歉，及把钱全部退回给他们。”
女事主感谢法庭还给她一个公道，并感谢其代表律师陈玉清及伍时农，为她圆满解决这宗案件。
