（东京18日综合电）日本国立医院机构三重医院等组成的研究团队发现，孕妇接种COVID-19疫苗后，抗体可透过母体转移到胎儿体内。也就是说，孕妇接种疫苗有助同时保护母体与将出生的新生儿。
日本放送协会（NHK）报导，三重医院副院长菅秀等人组成的团队，针对146名接种两剂COVID-19（2019冠状病毒疾病）辉瑞（Pfizer）疫苗孕妇生产后血液，及从脐带采集脐带血进行分析，调查可以抑制病毒活动的中和抗体值。
结果发现，脐带血中的中和抗体值是母亲血液中的1.68倍，因此确认孕妇接种疫苗后，抗体能透过胎盘转移到胎儿体内。
研究团队还分析孕妇什么时候接种第2剂疫苗，转移到胎儿体内抗体值会较高，结果显示，最高的时期是在怀孕28周到34周间接种第2剂疫苗。
不过，研究团队也确认，就算孕妇是在怀孕初期或接近生产的时期接种第2剂疫苗，也会有一定程度高水准的抗体转移。
菅秀说，在保护新生儿健康方面，由母亲给予大量免疫力很重要，不论是为了保护孕妇本身或是将出生的婴儿，都希望孕妇能考虑接种疫苗。
