韩暴雨增至16死 总统尹锡悦向灾民道歉
（首尔10日综合电）韩国首都首尔南部地区、仁川市和京畿道部分地区周一遭遇115年来的创纪录最大雨量，截至周三至少已有16人死亡、17人受伤，另有7人失踪。惊人雨量导致的洪水淹没了许多房屋、车辆、建筑物和地铁站，2676间民宅或公共设施受损。
气象预报指周三仍将持续降雨，除了忠清地区仍有豪雨，其他大部分地区的雨势已比前两天的减弱。韩国总统尹锡悦周三在政府会议上对灾民道歉，“我为亡者祈祷，并代表政府向因为水灾而受害的民众道歉。”他下令各级政府协助灾民。
周三上午在中央政府首尔办公大楼，尹锡悦主持防汛抗灾会议。
《韩联社》报导，首尔南部地区、西部港口城市仁川和位于首尔周边的京畿道部分地区周一遭遇每小时超过100毫米的暴雨，首尔铜雀区的时雨量更一度达到141.5毫米。
根据韩国中央灾害安全对策总部统计，截至周三上午6时，这场百年一遇的暴雨造成首尔5人死亡、4人失踪，京畿道3人死亡、17人受伤、3人失踪，江原道1人死亡。
韩国气象厅位于首尔铜雀区的自动气象站周一记录到的单日降雨量为381.5毫米，远远超过1920年8月的354.7毫米官方纪录，也是韩国自1907年启用现代天气纪录系统以来的最高纪录。
铜雀区的141.5毫米时雨量也创下首尔市的最高单日降雨量新纪录，超越1942年夏天记录到的118.6毫米。然而，气象机构表示，由于这个纪录不是在该机构位于首尔钟路区的基准气象观测站所收集，因此不会列入官方纪录簿。
据气象厅，至周三上午7时，3天来的累计降雨量分别为首尔525毫米、京畿道杨平526.5毫米、京畿道光州524.5毫米。
气象厅指出，预计首都地区至周四的累积降雨量将增加300毫米，京畿道南部则可能增加超过350毫米。
