菲律宾阿布拉省 宣布灾难状态
（马尼拉28日综合电）菲律宾阿布拉省周四宣布进入灾难状态。
阿布拉省周三发生7.1级地震，造成电力供应中断，部分建筑受损。截至目前共有5人死亡，131人受伤。一些居民目前仍然居住在室外，也缺乏食物和清洁饮水。
省政府因此决定宣布进入灾难状态，以便启动应急资金，更好地展开各项救灾行动。
数据显示，地震导致菲律宾37个市的电力供应受到影响，但目前已经有36个市的供电得以恢复。目前有17处包括政府机构或学校医院一类的建筑受损，此外有800多座房屋不同程度受损。
