（北京26日综合电）中国广东沿岸高温天气持续，其中广州气象台周一于市内14个观测站录得超过摄氏40度高温。其中白云区和黄埔区两个镇更一度录得最高气温为41.3度。
气象台预计，广州周二（26日）最高气温将达39度或以上。
广州气象台在周一中午12时开始，发布广州今年首个高温红色预警。当局呼吁民众防暑降温，日间尽量减少户外活动，相关单位也要须开放避暑场所。
除了广州市，广东省其他城市也骄阳似火，“炙烤”模式持续，揭阳市代管的普宁市最高气温39度，佛山市顺德区和梅州市蕉岭县最高气温38.7度，全省105个高温预警生效。
广东省气象局预计，该省未来3天持续受到副热带高压控制，维持高温晴热天气，大部分地区最高气温35度至38度，局部地区或达到39度。
