（吉隆坡23日讯）德意志银行（马来西亚）有限公司的全球市场运营组前副经理峇卡斯指出，他是从媒体的新闻报导中，得知于2009年9月30日获1MDB汇入7亿美元资金的Good Star有限公司，持有人是在逃大马富商刘特佐。
峇卡斯是第34名控方证人，他在主控官蒂峇副检察司的引导下宣读其书面证词时说，1MDB于上述日期致函德意志银行，指示该银行进行2笔转账，分别是把3亿美元汇入摩根大通银行户头以及7亿美元汇入苏格兰皇家银行旗下的顾资银行（RBS Coutts）户头。
他说，沙鲁阿兹拉曾在当年10月2日曾透过电邮，通知德意志银行（马来西亚）有限公司前董事经理 (全球市场企业销售主管）何叶婉（译音），说明获得上述7亿美元的收款者是Good Star公司，而此公司是PSI全权拥有的公司。
他随后接受辩方律师旺阿依祖丁盘问时证实，他在德意志银行当年为1MDB进行上述汇款时，并不知道Good Star公司的持有人是刘特佐，而是之后通过新闻报导才得知此事。
此案将于8月15日续审。
